Scope, Obligations & Limitations

By engaging ALADHEED CANTER LLC, you agree to use our services solely for lawful administrative and consulting purposes within the defined scope of each service card.

Services are delivered as described at the time of purchase. ALADHEED CANTER LLC reserves the right to decline engagements that fall outside our defined service scope without penalty.

We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or services constituting the practice of law. All deliverables are administrative in nature. Clients retain responsibility for final review and submission.

ALADHEED CANTER LLC's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from administrative outcomes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming. Terms are subject to change; continued use constitutes acceptance.

Data Collection, Storage & Your Rights

We collect only the information necessary to deliver your requested service: name, business entity details, contact information, and payment data processed through our secure payment processor.

Payment details are handled exclusively by our PCI-compliant payment processor. ALADHEED CANTER LLC does not store card numbers, CVVs, or banking credentials on our systems.

Client data is retained for the duration required by applicable Wyoming state and US federal record-keeping obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share client data with third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Submit requests in writing to support@aladheed.online. We respond within five business days.

Eligibility, Conditions & Timelines

Refund requests are accepted within seven calendar days of purchase, provided no substantive work has been initiated on your engagement. Once a filing or document review has commenced, the service fee is non-refundable.

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the close of the period already paid. No prorated credits are issued for partial months.

To initiate a refund, email support@aladheed.online with your order reference and a brief statement of the reason. Approved refunds are processed within ten business days to the original payment method.
